Acerola cherry is incredibly high in antioxidants and Vitamin C. Beef liver is, in our opinion, the 'ultimate superfood.' The levels of micronutrients in these two amazing superfoods are so high that we are permitted to share the following food claims as they are backed by science -

- Vitamins A, B2, Folate, B12 & C; contribute to reduction of tiredness & fatigue, normal energy production, energy metabolism, iron metabolism, growth & development (children).

Australian pregnancy guidelines recommend talking with a doctor, midwife, pharmacist or dietitian about supplements.
Beef liver is naturally high in Vitamin A. Each serve (5 capsules) of our supplement has 960ug.
Although the upper limit of preformed Vitamin A (found in beef liver, but not in i.e., plant foods) is 3,000ug, this is not a recommended target. Vitamin A intake from other foods would need to be considered as well.
Because of this, we recommend having a chat with a healthcare professional who can evaluate with you if it’s safe to take, even a smaller dose, or if your diet is already providing a fair bit of the preformed vitamin A. We would love for you to have all the info you need to make an informed decision for you and bub.
