If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us assess your claim, please provide:

- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Where appropriate, we may request that the product be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement is approved.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we will provide a refund or replacement.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
