Placement: place the strip just under the bridge of your nose. An easy way to find the right spot is to run a finger down the side of your nose. You will feel where the bone ends and becomes soft cartilage. Right where the nose feels soft is where you want to place your strip, we we can open the nasal passages most effectively

The clear nose strips are made from plastic rather than fabric, therefore are less resistant to sweat, and more ideal for sleeping.
